(1) The Council fails to exercise the powers conferred on it under this Act and the Rules or abuses equal rights or exercises more powers than such powers or If the Government of Nepal feels that it has not been able to fulfill its duties according to the law or regulations, the Government of Nepal shall give notice to the Council to correct or correct the matter. or if it cannot be corrected, the Government of Nepal may dissolve the Council and form an Interim Executive Council to carry out the functions of the Council in accordance with this Act and the rules and regulations made under this Act.
(3) Subsection (2) After the dissolution of the council, the funds and other assets of the council shall be retained by the interim executive council constituted under sub-section (2), and after the formation of the new council, the funds and assets shall be handed over to the newly formed council.
(4) Under sub-section (2) After the dissolution of the Council, within three months of its dissolution, the Government of Nepal should form a new Council according to Section 4.
